All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Within the UAE

• Delivery Time: 2–3 business days after processing
• Delivery Fee: AED 25 flat rate

3. GCC Shipping

We offer shipping to select GCC countries.

• Delivery Time: 5–10 business days after processing
• Delivery Fee: AED 85 (may vary depending on the weight of the package)

4. Delivery Issues

Please double-check your delivery address before placing an order. SHAI is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect information. Re-delivery fees may apply if an order is returned to us.
